- 1lb Ground Turkey or Beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Frozen Tater tots (9x11 pan will need about 60 tots)
- 1/4c Light sour cream
- 1c Light cottage cheese, blended
- 1/2c Shredded cheddar
- 1/2c Shredded mozzarella
- 10oz can Rotel, drained
- 15oz can Corn, drained

- Preheat oven to 375
- Cook ground turkey and drain. Add taco seasoning packet.
- Add in tomatoes, corn, sour cream and cottage cheese.
- Place meat mixture in a 9x11 pan and layer shredded cheese on top of mixture.
- Top with frozen tater tots and bake for 25-30 minutes.
