2 lbs. zucchini cut into 1/4 inch rounds
2 T. Butter
5 oz. Onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c. Heavy cream
3 oz. Grated guryere cheese
2 oz. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º
Sprinkle zukes with salt, lay on paper towel and let drain for 30 minutes.

Sauté onions for 3 minutes and garlic for 2 more minutes. Add cream and simmer for 2 more minutes. Take off heat and add cheeses.
Combine sauce and zukes.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Top with more cheeses and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
