2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a glass or stainless bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar.
2. Once egg whites are stiff, beat in powdered sugar- a little at the time.
3. Drizzle in water if needed.

Use this icing right away or store in a sealed container with a wet paper towel over the icing for up to four days.

Yields about 2 cups of icing.
