2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Oats
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion - diced

Glaze
1 c ketchup
8 T brown sugar
8 t vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

beat eggs then add salt and pepper
Mix eggs, milk, and oats
add meat

mix all together well

form into 8 oz. loafs
place on foil lined rack on a full sheet pan. Place drain holes in foil.

Glaze
mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar

Apply layer of glaze over meatloaf

bake till center is 160º

Apply another layer of glaze over meatloaf

bake till glaze caramelizes
