3 Onions, sliced
3 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 Tsp Thyme
4 Cups Beef Broth
3/4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 Loaf French Bread, sliced
1/4 Cup Green Onions, diced

Directions:
Set instant pot to saute and melt butter. Turn pot off. Add in onions, salt, worcestershire, thyme and broth. Close lid and steam valve. Set pressure high for 3 minutes. Do a quick release. Ladle into oven safe bowls. Sprinkle with green onions. top with bread and then cheese and broil till cheese is browned and bubbly. Serve.
