1 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, diced
2 Stalks Celery, diced
8 Pieces Bacon, Chopped
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
3 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
4 Tbsp Milk

Directions:

Set instant pot to saute. Add butter. When hot add in ground beef, bacon and onion. Cook until beef is done. Shut off. Add in celery, seasonings and broth. Scrape any browned bits off the bottom. Close lid and set steam valve closed. Set pressure cook high for 3 minutes. Do a quick release. Turn pot to saute. Add heavy cream and stir. Mix cornstarch and milk together. Stir into pot. Stir in cheese until melted and soup has thickened. Turn off and serve.
