Potatoes (I just do as many as I can fit in my casserole dish)

Ham, cut into chunks

Cream of chicken soup

Milk

Directions:

Peel and slice potatoes.

Fill casserole dish with sliced potatoes and ham chunks.

In a bowl, whisk together soup with 3/4 to 1 soup can of milk. Pour over potatoes and ham.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour covered. Remove cover and bake for 1/2 hour longer.


*I usually serve these with baked beans topped with bacon slices (which I put in the oven and bake at the same time/temperature. Makes a hearty winter meal.
