1 stick butter, softened
1- 8oz. block of cream cheese, room temperature
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 teapoon vanilla flavoring
¼ teaspoon salt
2 to 4 Tbsp. Whole milk or half & half

I recommend making 2 recipes. You can always FREEZE the leftover icing. :)

1.Combine softened butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl.
2. Beat until creamy.
3. Add vanilla and salt. Mix well.
4. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until well incorporated.
5. Add cocoa powder. Beat well.
6. Add milk or half & half if the icing is too stiff.
7. Frost layers
