Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 whole lemons (peeled) – Lemons are packed with Vitamin C, essential for strong immune system. They also provide a refreshing citrus flavor.
2 large bunches of fresh ginger – Ginger is well-known for ability to fight inflammation and soothe sore throats, making an excellent choice for flu and cold relief.
1 whole head of garlic – Garlic has been used for centuries for medicinal properties, including ability to boost immunity and fight infections.
2 Tbsp turmeric – Turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory compound that can help reduce symptoms of colds and flu.
1 Tbsp black pepper – Black pepper enhances the bioavailability of turmeric, making it even more effective at fighting inflammation.
1 Tbsp cinnamon – Cinnamon has antimicrobial properties and can help alleviate congestion and improve circulation.
1½ Tbsp cayenne pepper (opt) – Cayenne pepper adds heat and can help clear nasal passages while also boosting circulation.
½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV) – ACV has antimicrobial properties and can help balance your body’s pH levels.
1½ Tbsp honey – Honey has soothing properties and is natural cough suppressant. You can substitute honey with maple syrup/agave if you prefer vegan option.
3 cups water – Water serves as base to help blend ingredients together and create tea bomb mixture.

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
First, you’ll need to prepare the ingredients:

Peel the lemons: Start by peeling the lemons and chopping them into smaller pieces. This will make it easier to blend them into the mixture.
Chop the ginger: Peel and chop the fresh ginger into chunks. Fresh ginger provides a potent dose of natural medicine and a warming kick to your tea bombs.
Peel the garlic: Separate and peel the garlic cloves from the whole head. Garlic is essential for its immune-boosting properties, so don’t skip this step.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
Once all the ingredients are prepared, it’s time to blend them together. In a high-speed blender, combine the following:
Peeled lemons-
Chopped ginger-
Peeled garlic cloves-
Turmeric-
Black pepper-
Cinnamon-
Cayenne pepper (if using)-
Apple cider vinegar-
Honey-
Water-
Blend everything on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well-combined. This will be the base of your tea bombs.

Step 3: Strain the Mixture
After blending, you’ll need to strain the mixture to remove any pulp or solids. Use a fine mesh sieve or, preferably, a cheesecloth to strain the mixture. This will leave you with a smooth, flavorful liquid that’s perfect for creating your tea bombs.
Once strained, discard the solids or compost them.
Step 4: Freeze the Tea Bombs
Next, pour the strained liquid into a silicone muffin tray or an ice cube tray. Each portion should be about 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons). This will be the perfect amount for one cup of tea.
Place the tray in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. Once frozen, the tea bombs should be solid and ready to use.
Step 5: Store the Tea Bombs
Once your tea bombs are fully frozen, carefully remove them from the tray. Transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. This makes it easy to have them on hand whenever you need a natural remedy for a cold or flu.
