2 unpeeled honeycrisp apples, sliced
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon packed Truvia brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 2lb (8 chops) Boneless ribeye pork chops, trimmed
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups stuffing mix

- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread apple slices in dish. In small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides of pork chops; place pork over apples.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box
- Spoon stuffing over pork chops evenly
- Bake covered 40 to 50 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink in center
