3 green peppers, cut in half
¼ C onion, chopped
¼ lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
¼ C water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
½ C raw rice
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seed section from out green peppers. Place pepper halves on paper towel and cook 6 minutes in microwave. Cook onions and beef in 8" round glass dish 4 minutes or until all pink has left the meat. Stir several times during cooking. Cook rice according to directions. Mix the tomato sauce with water. Combine onion, beef mixture with cooked rice, half of tomato mixture, egg, salt and pepper. Stuff pepper halves and place in 2 quart glass dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top and place with a paper towel over dish. Cook 10 minutes or until done.
