24 oz. petite potatoes
2 ears corn on the cob, cut into thirds
1 leomn, cut into quarters
1/2 pound smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
6 to 8 springs fresh thyme, chopped or 1 tsp. dried thyme
2 pounds raw shrimp- thawed (if frozen)
2 heaping Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
8 oz. pilsner beer

1. Microwave potatoes for 6 minutes, then cut potatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size.
2. Preheat oven to 400º F.
3. Add corn, lemon, potatoes, sausage, butter, and thyme to a large bowl. Toss together and place on a large sheet pan.
4. Make a pouch using 2 long sheets of heavy duty tinfoil. Place shrimp into the pouch and add seafood seasoning (Old Bay). Add the beer and close the pouch by folding the tinfoil to seal. Place the pouch on the sheet pan, atop the sausage and vegetables.
5. Bake in the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes. (Potatoes should be soft and sausage sizzling. Remove from oven. Carefully open shrimp package (while still on top of vegetables and sausage). Pour the pouch over the sheet pan and serve.
