1½ lb. meat
1 C celery
1 C onion
4 T soy sauce
3 T fat
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 C water
bean sprouts
1 pimento, cooked, optional
2 T cornstarch
¼ C water

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour, then brown in hot fat. Add celery, onions, water, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook in oven 1½ hrs. at 350º. Remove from oven add bean sprouts and pimento. Simmer 3 minutes. add soy sauce. Thicken gravy with 2 T cornstarch dissolved in ¼ C water.
