2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Cloves Garlic, minced (or 2 tsp)
1 1/4 Lbs Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1/4 Cup White Wine or broth
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions:

Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes on one side then flip. Pour in wine and add red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes or until wine is reduced by half and shrimp is cooked. Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice and parsley and take off heat immediately.
Serve.
