Salad:
8 Cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas, defrosted
1 yellow Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Cups Leftover Turkey or Chicken, diced
3 Green Onions, sliced

Dressing:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Dill Weed
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Sugar
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Toppings:
6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Place romaine in a 9x13" dish. Layer remaining vegetables.
Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl. Spread over lettuce.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (or at least 4 hours)
Serve.
