1 lb boneless pork chops, cubed
2 tsp oil
salt/pepper
*3 Tbsp cornstarch
*1 Tbsp soy sauce
*3 Tbsp prepared mustard
*2 Tbsp vinegar
*1/2 tsp ginger
*1/4 C molasses
1) 13 z oz can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
1) 11 oz can mandrain oranges, drained, save juice
1 lg green bell pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Pork chops in oil, sprinkle with salt/pepper. Combine ingredients with a * cook/stir until thick. Add to cooked pork chops, cover and simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Add bell pepper and remaining ingredients simmer for 5 minutes. If too thick use reserved juices until it’s a consistency you like. In a 9x13 baking dish add cooked rice. Pour pork chop mixture over cooked rice and bake in oven 350 for about 30 minutes.
