2 peck Hungarian banana peppers, cut into strips
1 28 oz bottle of ketchup
1 pint Olive oil or salad oil
1 pint apple cider vinegar
2 cups of sugar
1 T salt
1 T oregano
1 T parsley
2 large chopped garlic gloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers into strips and stand up in jars

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil

Pour sauce into jars and seal
