Directions:
Separate paper muffin liners and set them aside. Melt chocolate by mixing chips and oil in microwave, stirring occasionally for 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Place spoonful of melted chocolate into the base of each paper liner to create the bottom layer. Make a cup shape by gently drawing it up the sides with the back of a spoon and place in freezer for 10 minutes. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla together and stir until smooth. Spoon filling into cups and seal cups with melted chocolate and add a pinch of salt if desired. Lightly tap tray to eliminate air bubbles. Return to freezer for another 20 minutes.
