1 package chocolate cream cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
2 cups milk
1 package chocolate cookies (like Oreos), crushed
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, beat the chocolate cream cheese until smooth.
2. Gradually add in the Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture until fully incorporated.
5. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions using the milk.
6. In a trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer crushed chocolate cookies, chocolate pudding, and the Baileys cheesecake mixture.
7. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with the cheesecake layer on top.
8. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
