1 Tbsp. baking powder
1¾ cup warm milk
1 Tbsp. fat from chicken broth

Sauté chicken thighs to brown slightly then add fat and thighs to water with carrots and peas (optional).

For dumplings:
Mix together

Add to mix meat and veggies in pot. Simmer till done.
