2 slices rye bread, plain or toasted
Mayonnaise
Prepared mustard
Thin slices cooked corn beef
Sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1 slice swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread one slice bread with mayonnaise and the other with mustard. Put corned beef on one slice. Top with sauerkraut to taste, and then add cheese. Top with second slice of bread. Wrap in plastic, then in foil. If desired, remove wrapping and heat sandwich on paper plate in microwave oven 50 seconds, or until cheese melts.

Note: Thinly sliced ham, roast pork, or luncheon meat can be substituted for the corned beef.
