Ingredients:  
1 can – black beans, rinsed & drained
2 c. – corn
1 – jalapeño chili pepper
2 – plum tomatoes, chopped
½ c. – onion, chopped
2 – garlic cloves, minced
2 T. – lime juice
1 T. – olive oil
2 tsp. – seasoning, southwest style
¼ tsp. – salt

Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
