1 lb. – ground beef
¼ c. – onion, chopped
3 slices – bread, torn into pieces
1½ c. – mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 – egg
½ c. – milk
2 T. – parsley
¼ tsp. – pepper
1 box – large pasta shells (for stuffing)
1 (15 oz.) can – tomato sauce
1 can – tomato paste
1 can – mushrooms
¼ c. – onion
½ tsp. – sugar
1 – garlic, clove
½ tsp. – salt
1/3 c. – Parmesan
1 T. – Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook ground beef & onion until brown and drain. Stir in bread, mozzarella, egg, milk, parsley & pepper. Fill uncooked shells with mixture. Place shells in greased 13 x 9 pan. Heat remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to boil. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over shells. Cover and bake 1½ to 1¾ hours until shells tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
