3 T. – butter
2 c. – onion, chopped
42 oz. – corn, divided
1 tsp. – rosemary, dried
¼ tsp. – pepper
1 tsp. – salt
3 cans – chicken broth
1 small – red pepper, diced
½ c. – non-fat milk
2 c. – ham, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Sauté onion. Add 5 c. corn, rosemary, pepper, salt, & chicken broth. Simmer over low heat, uncovered for 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, then puree soup in blender. Return to pot. Add remaining corn, pepper, milk & ham. Simmer 15 minutes stirring frequently.
