5 to 5 ½ lb. pork butt or shoulder, cut into large pieces
1 ½ T. flavored sea salt
3 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 T. Liquid Smoke
2 T. whiskey
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into crockpot. Rub salt & garlic over pork and place in crockpot. Pour liquid smoke and whiskey over pork. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. When done, shred pork and add enough broth from crockpot to moisten meat.
