1 large bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
1 cup mushrooms (approx 4-5 large mushrooms)
1 pkg of ©Jimmy Dean Sage sausage (1lb)
2 lbs of ground beef
2 T minced garlic
1 T of ©Kinders caramelized onion butter seasoning
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
18 slices of Provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Dice bell pepper, yellow onion, and mushrooms, then saute together with minced garlic until soft—season with SPG. In a separate bowl, add ground beef and sausage. Once onions, peppers, and mushrooms are soft, add them to the meat mixture. Add ©Kinders caramelized onion butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder, pepper, eggs, panko, and ketchup, and mix well. Add 1 layer of the meat mixture into the bread pan. Cover the meat layer with a layer of provolone cheese. Add a layer of meat, then cover with an additional layer of provolone cheese. Then add a final layer of meat. Repeat the process until the meat is gone. Then bake for approximately 1 hour.
