1 1/2 # mushroom any kind you desire or have
2 onions chopped
4 T butter
3T flour
1T paprika
1T dill
1T salt
4 C white wine subt. broth with a touch of vinegar
1 C cream
Sour cream
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Slice mushrooms and onions. Sauté with olive oil. When reduced about half remove from pan. Melt butter in the pan. Stir in flour, paprika, dill and salt to make a roux. Deglaze with wine or broth. Return mushrooms to the pot and add cream stirring until well mixed. Top each bowl with sour cream and parsley.
