Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts portioned (sliced length-wise in half)
1 cup flour
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
SPG
Italian seasoning
pepperoni
mozzarella cheese
marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In three separate containers, combine the following ingredients: in the first container, mix flour. In the second container, add Parmesan cheese and panko. In the third container, combine eggs and water. Season all three containers with SPG and Italian seasoning.
Next, pound chicken portions until flat, then season chicken with SPG and Italian seasoning (both sides). Top your chicken with mozzarella, pepperoni, or any other pizza topping you would like!
Roll the chicken up and secure it with a toothpick. Dredge your rolled-up chicken pizza in flour first, then in the egg wash, then in the panko parmesan cheese mixture, and place it in the air fryer. Once the chicken is in the air fryer baskets, spray it with avocado oil or olive oil. Air fry at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temp of the chicken is 165º. Top with marinara sauce and serve.
