1 /2-2 pounds stew meat
1 beef Bouillion cube, dissolved in 1 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
Dash red pepper
1 tsp. Gravy Master
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp tobasco sauce
2-3 tbsp. flour
2 bay leaves
canned peas/carrots

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat in butter, remove from pan.
2. Add flour to butter in pan and stir with wire whip.
3. Slowly add bouillion liquid stirring constantly until smooth.
4. Add water to cover meat.
5. Add rest of ingredients except carrots/peas.
6. Cook about 1 1/2 hours.
7. Add peas/carrot at end.
