BROCCOLI SALAD
3 12 ounce bags of Broccoli Wokly
trim stems and cut into bite size pieces
1 package turkey bacon
cooked crisp & crumbled (or package of Hormel crispy bacon bits)
½ large Bermuda onion, diced
1 cup Craisins
¾ cup walnuts (or Sunflower seeds)

DRESSING
2 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sugar
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and apple cider vinegar in blender.
Let sit.
Mix all salad ingredients in large bowl.
Add half the dressing. Mix.
Add remainder of dressing to taste.

If making in advance, remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving to bring all ingredients to room temperature.
