1-8oz cream cheese
2 oz deli ham
(finely chopped)
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 15 oz crushed pineapple (with all juice completely squeezed out of it)
2 oz green pepper
(finely chopped)
2 oz green onion
(finely chopped)
1 cup pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into1 large cheese ball or 2 medium cheese balls
2) Roll each cheese ball around in the pecan pieces until well covered.
3) Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow cheese ball to firm up.
