8 Large Eggs
¼ C Half and Half
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Butter
1 3 oz package of cream cheese, cut into cubes
Green Onions or chives, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium to low heat.

Add egg mixture and cook being careful not to overcook, as the eggs cook quickly.

Add finely chopped green onions or chives and serve.

Makes a great Christmas morning dish.
