-2½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs, about 26 Oreo Cookies
-6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the chocolate filling:
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-2 cups bittersweet chocolate-chopped
-¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

To make crust:
1)Finely crush the whole Oreo cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and blend until it’s all moistened
2)Press crumb mixture onto bottom and up the sides of the prepared 9-inch tart pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
3)Place in the freezer while you make the filling
To make chocolate filling:
1)In a medium heatproof bowl, place chopped bittersweet chocolate, set aside
2)In a small sauce pan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream and butter to a low boil
3)Remove from the heat and pour mixture over the bittersweet chocolate
4)Let stand for 1 minute and slowly stir together with spatula until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth
5)Pour mixture over chilled crust and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours or overnight
