1 pint Sliced carrots ¼ rounds
1 pint Sliced jalapeño ¼ rounds
1 pint Sliced white onion strips

White vinegar
Water
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and mix vegetables in a bowl. Place vegetables in pint jars leaving 1/2 inch from the top. Put 2 Tablespoons of sugar and 1 Teaspoon of salt on top then fill the bottle 3/4 full of vinegar and top off with water. Place the lid on the bottles and shake and store in the refrigerator for a week then ready to serve.
