8 ounces cream softened
1 large can of chicken
¾ cup hot sauce (Do not use Tabasco)
Use Crystal or Sweet Baby hot sauce.
6 ounces Blue Cheese dressing or Ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cream cheese in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Combine drained chicken and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread chicken mixture over top of cream cheese. Drizzle Blue Cheese dressing or Ranch dressing over chicken. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on over top. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
Note: This is my family's favorite football appetizer!
