Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
* 1 pound Kielbasa cut in chunks
1 large onion
1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
1 package of Au gratin potatoes
2½ cups hot water
¼ teaspoon pepper
* 2 cups Julien strips (carrots)
* 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in cooking oil until tender, add water, potato mix, and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Stir in carrots and cook an additional 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cheese, cook for 5 minutes.
Note: Good to cook and reheat for later.
