3/4 cup parm cheese
1 pound ground chicken extra lean
2 eggs
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2-3 cloves garlic
Pinch Basil
Marinara Sauce

Sub rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except marinara. Form into meatballs. Saute in olive oil medium-high heat. Seat meatballs. Add marinara sauce, cover and simmer meatballs for 15 minutes. Add more parm cheese (3/4 cup) into meatballs if desired.

Toast sub rolls for meatball sandwich
