1 large or 5-6 small peeled and thinly sliced cucumbers
1 small onion finely chopped
vinegar
water
sugar
salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and slice cucumbers. Lay on plate and sprikle with 1/4 tsp salt. Let stand for 30 minutes. The salts absorbs the water from the cucumbers. Take sliced cucumbers in your hand and squeeze the water until the last drop. Discard the cucumber juice. In a separate bowl mix water, vinegar, sugar and paprika until sweet and sour. Pour over cucumbers before serving. Add the chopped onions and mix.
