2 C. white chocolate
1 C. sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp salted butter
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 drop green food coloring
3 Tbsp broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1
Melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and Add a drop of green food coloring if using

Step 2
Finely chop raw broccoli

Step 3
Dry toast broccoli to doneness in a pan on low heat. 2-5 min just to remove the raw flavor

Step 4
Fold in broccoli bits as desired

Step 5
Pour fudge into molds or chill and scoop into balls

Step 6
Place in a parchment lined container, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Allow to come to room temperature for a few min before serving
