Onions-2 medium Chopped
Garlic- 1 clove minced
Olive oil- 2 Tbs
Hamburger-3 lbs
Beef Stock- 3- 14½ oz cans
Diced Tomatoes with green chilies 1- 28 oz can
Tomaato Sauce- 1-15 oz can
Potatoes-1 c diced unpeeled
Carrots- 1 c- diced and peeled
Celery-1 c diced
Red Wine- 1 c
French Style Green Beans-1-14½ oz can
Parsley- 1Tbsp
Basil- ½ tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste

Saute onions and garlic in oil until soft. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add meat to onions and garlic Add all ingredients except green beans and parsley simmer for 45 minutes, Add green beans and parsley simmer 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve..
