1 pkg. cranberries, grated
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Put pineapple in colander to drain (I save the juice to use elsewhere). Grate cranberries in food processor. In a large bowl, mix together pineapple, cranberries, and sugar. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 more hours.

This is a Dirks Family must with Thanksgiving dinner! It didn't have a name when we were young, so us kids just called it pink stuff and the name stuck.

Leftovers are great frozen, like an ice cream treat!
