2 cups flour
1 cup softened butter
½ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except pecans) with mixer on low
Once mixed, beat mixture at medium for 4 minutes or light and fluffy
Stir in pecans
Refrigerate balls for 2 hours
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake balls for 15 minutes
Once you remove the balls from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes and then roll them in a bowl of powdered sugar
Place them on wax paper to continue cooling
