2 sticks of butter - melted
1¼ cups peanut butter - smooth
1 egg white
1 lb powdered sugar or enough to form balls
1 bag chocolate chips
1 block of paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Form into 1-inch balls
Chill 15 - 20 minutes
Melt 12 oz chocolate chips and ½ slab paraffin wax in a double broiler*
Use a toothpick to dip balls in chocolate, leaving a small area without chocolate
Place on wax paper to dry


* For a double broiler, I fill one larger pan with water. I then take a smaller pan and place it in the larger pan, and melt my chocolate and paraffin in the smaller pan
