For the Chicken:
1.5 lb chicken breasts
1Orange/Yellow bell pepper
diced
½ large yellow onion diced

For the sauce:
2 garlic cloves
chopped
½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon dried cilantro

Optional:
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 bag of Asian medley frozen vegetables
Dry roasted peanuts to top

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the bell pepper, onion
and garlic to the bottom of
your slow cooker, then place
the chicken breasts on top.

2. In a bowl or glass measuring
cup, whisk the peanut butter,
chicken broth, soy sauce,
honey, sesame oil, lime juice, dried cilantro and chili
garlic paste together.

3. Pour the sauce over the
chicken, then cook on HIGH
for 2-3 hours or on LOW for
4-5 hours.

Optional:
4. Microwave bag of vegetables according to steamer bag instructions, if theres a sauce packet, disregard it.
5. Add in cooked vegetables and water chestnuts to chicken
