1 tbsp olive oil
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp dried mustard
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear (skin side down) in skillet. Transfer chicken to slow cooker (skin side up). In bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried mustard. Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Cook covered on high for about 3 hours. Serve garnished with parsley.
