Mississippi Mud Pie Recipe

Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream cheese layer
1 large block cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup cool whip

Pudding layers
1 large instant vanilla pudding, mixed as directed
1 large instant chocolate pudding, mixed as directed

Topping
8 oz. cool whip

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix crust ingredients and pat in 13"x 9" casserole/baking dish. Bake 12 minutes and cool completely.

Beat cream cheese ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

Top with prepared vanilla pudding and spread. Then top with chocolate pudding and spread.

Top with layer of cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
