1½ cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Warm milk
Fresh fruit and/or brown sugar, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Spread evenly in 9X13 baking dish. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Spoon into bowls. Top with milk and fruit/sugar if desired.
