1 cup Green Pepper - chopped
3/4 cup Chopped Onions
1 Tbs Vegetable oil
2 Garlic Cloves pressed
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 pkg Refrigerated Pizza Crust
8 oz Deli Roast Beef
8 oz American cheese
1 Egg White - lightly beaten
1 Tbs Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Chop Onion and green pepper. Cook in pan with oil and garlic and meat. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until vegetable are crisp-tender. Unroll pizza crust onto floured surface. Roll crust out to 12 x 9" rectangle and cover with mixture. Roll up and press seams together. Do the same for the other crust. Form a wreath on baking stone. In a small bowl, combine egg white and water. Brush onto dough. Sprinkle with remaining oregano. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. We use cream cheese spread on the crust as well.
