Lettuce
2-3 lb London broil
3 clementines split into segments
1/2 red onion sliced
Raw almonds


Marinade:

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
6 crushed garlic

Dressing:

1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the London broil in baking soda and water for one hour, then put into the marinade for an additional hour.

Broil on one side for 15 minutes, turn over and broil an additional 12 minutes.

Slice and serve over lettuce with red onion, clementine slices and chopped almonds.
