1 lb. whole jumbo mushrooms
4 T. butter
4 T margarine
¼ C onions, finely chopped
¼ tsp. white pepper
¼ tsp. granulated garlic
1½ tsp. beef base

Directions:
Sautee onions in butter, margarine and seasonings until transparent. Add cleaned and trimmed whole mushrooms and let simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
